TWO LOCAL AUTHORITIES in the German state of North Rhine- Westphalia are looking for strategic partners for their water and wastewater businesses.
In the Rhein-Sieg district, local authorities are seeking a partner to take a 24.9% stake in a newly founded water and wastewater company into which 17 of the region’s 19 communes are to bundle their water and wastewater services.
