South African firm improves Addis revenue collection

ONE YEAR AFTER IT WAS SET UP, the Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) has announced that its new revenue collection system has been a resounding success.

South African business consulting and IT firm CS Holdings completed the development of a cost recovery water tariff model for the operations of Ethiopia’s AAWSA in July last year.
