It looks like being a close run thing in Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA) is to appoint a preferred bidder for the Taweelah reverse osmosis independent water project (IWP) by the second or third week of January and certainly no later than the end of the month.
