If NS Water wins the concession for Malaysia’s Negeri Sembilan state, it wants a related company to do the works.
Little-known Malaysian firm Zecon Engineering Bhd has signed an agreement with concessionaire NS Water Consortium Sdn Bhd for an exclusive US$1.0 billion (3.9 billion ringgit) contract to undertake the design, construction, engineering, supply and commissioning of various aspects of the infrastructure works to supply water to southern Negeri Sembilan state.
