EBRD reports significant growth in loan commitments

Thanks to new business in Russia.
The EBRD’s municipal and environmental infrastructure (MEI) team signed financing for 13 projects in 2002 – equivalent to total commitments of €482 million and a significant increase on funds pledged in 2001.
