Sri Lanka: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved a $60.3 million loan to increase access to safe water and sanitation in three provinces.

Total project cost is $86.4 million, of which $23 million will come from the government. The project will target five towns in the north central, eastern and southern provinces as well as rural areas of the north central province.
