Three groups have been appointed to prepare the bid documents for dual-purpose power and water plants at Shoaiba and Shuqaiq.
A joint team of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has appointed the consultants for the Shoaiba and Shuqaiq independent water and power projects (IWPPs).
