Bream gives up on AWG – for now

Bream Investments’ bid for AWG came to nothing last month when it failed to meet a takeover deadline. However, this might not be the end of the matter.

Following the collapse of Bream Investments’ attempt at a hostile takeover of AWG, most industry watchers believe only an agreed offer will lead to a change in the company’s ownership in the foreseeable future.
