Darco in deal to supply Indonesian water to Singapore

The group has signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 10% stake in the company which will negotiate water sales to Singapore on behalf of the Indonesian government.

Darco Engineering, the wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed Darco Water Technologies, has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Indonesiafs PT Mahaya Naga Biru for the
acquisition of 150,000 ordinary shares, or 10%, of the paid-up capital of its subsidiary PT Air Bintan Biru (ABB).
