MWSS has been instructed not to draw on a performance bond while the case is in progress. Meanwhile, Ondeo is pushing for a swift resolution.
The three-man Appeals Panel for Major Disputes in the arbitration case between Maynilad Water Services and the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) has ruled that the latter may not draw on a performance bond until the case has been resolved.
