Municipal O&M deals come with political risk and the US utility market is flat. Is the future in technology?
Filtration technology companies Ionics and Millipore led the way last month while utilities lagged behind, mostly underperforming the S&P 500. Ionics and Millipore both finished the month up by nearly 9% after peaking with gains of 15% during the middle of June.
