Despite their initial lack of enthusiasm, several international developers are poised to contest Saudi Arabia’s showpiece IWPP.
Eleven groups have been notified of their prequalification for Saudi Arabia’s Shoaiba IWPP. The prequalifiers include seven consortia led by international developers and four local and regional groups.
