A strange proposition came across GWI’s desk this month. Did we want to buy a desalination plant?
The sales pitch went like this: unwanted gift, never used, half price: buyer to collect. It seems that the plant was ordered from IDE for an oil refinery which was never built. As a result its owner is looking for a buyer.
