The Kingdom’s water and sewerage services must be expanded but it will cost.
Saudi Arabia needs to spend more than $38 billion on new water distribution and sewerage infrastructure by 2022, according to vice minister of water & electricity Abdullah Al Hussayen.
Capital requirements for water distribution during the period are more than $8.6 billion, while spending on wastewater recycling and disposal infrastructure is forecast to exceed $29.6 billion. This works out ...
