A proposal based on RO is the best price option but will probably be overlooked.
The Sohar IWPP looks increasingly like being a two horse race between an AES-led consortium and a group headed by Singapore’s SembCorp which also includes Nissho Iwai and Kansai Electric Power Co., both of Japan. The client is Oman’s Ministry of National Economy (MNE).
