US Filter boss joins the Germans

Veolia has sold the bulk of its US business to Siemens, the German electrical engineer. Including CEO Andy Seidel.
US Filter chief executive Andy Seidel told GWI that he was “ecstatic” at the conclusion of the agreement to sell the bulk of US Filter’s remaining businesses to Siemens. He has a personal interest. He will be joining Siemens when the deal is completed, although full details of his appointment cannot yet be released.
