Doosan is in pole position.
Three companies submitted prices for Kuwait’s Subiya Phase 3 scheme by the 26 December deadline. The project involves the addition of 50MIGD of desalination capacity (4 x 12.5MIGD units) to an initial 50MIGD currently being installed by Doosan Heavy Industries as part of Phases 1 and 2.
