After disappointment with Mid Kent, water industry veteran Keith Tozzi looks set to take East Surrey from Terra Firma.
A shell company just launched on the Alternative Investment Market has emerged as a likely buyer of the Sutton East Surrey water-only company, after Guy Hands’ Terra Firma group made an agreed bid for its parent company on 8 April.
