UN urges Latin American reform

A new study shows that the region is falling further behind the Millennium Development Goals. Leticia Lozano reports.

In Latin America, the number of people who live without access to drinking water has risen to 80 million and some 120 million people do not have sanitation services, as water pollution in the region grows to “alarming levels,” according to a new report by the UN\'s Economic Commission for Latin America & the Caribbean (ECLAC).
