As expected, Salcon Bhd has signed an agreement to acquire a WwTP and related facilities in Weifang, in Shandong province.
The acquisition will be made by Salcon via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Salcon Water (HK) Ltd. The treatment plant, located in Changle County, has a current capacity of 20,000m3/d, to be upgraded to 40,000m3/d.
