Suez on the retreat in Latin America

A decision on Aguas Argentinas has been delayed until the end of July, but the French firm is out of Santa Fe and La Paz.
Aguas Argentinas, controlled by France’s Suez, has postponed a long-awaited decision on whether to pull out of Argentina following months of tense negotiations with the country’s president Nestor Kirchner. Aguas will now determine its future on 26 July at the next company board meeting, three weeks after the initial decision date of 7 July.
