The American Stock Exchange has launched a water index. Will it ever by widely traded?
Capitalising on America’s new fondness for investment in the water industry, economist Stephen Hoffmann and financial analyst Elias Azrak launched what they say is the only index of US-traded water-related
stocks in August.
The Palisades Water Index (ZWI) is composed of 25 companies equally weighted within five water-related industry sectors.
