Hamburg creates new water player

The city’s water and wastewater companies merge to form Germany’s largest water enterprise.

The city of Hamburg’s water and wastewater enterprises are teaming up under joint management and a new name from the start of next year to become the largest fully communally-owned water and wastewater enterprise in Germany.
