The board has recommended a series of brownfield IWPPs. It has some ambitious financial targets to meet.
The board of directors of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) has approved an option for the corporation’s imminent privatisation and restructuring. The choice is to privatise SWCC as a holding company consolidated with production subsidiaries. Private sector participation would then be introduced into each subsidiary based on the independent water and power project model.
