Spain to double wastewater spending in ten years

BOT opportunities are set to flourish under Spain’s new urban wastewater plan. It remains to be seen how much of the business will remain in domestic hands.

The Spanish government last month published details of a new 10-year urban wastewater disposal and treatment plan designed to achieve compliance with the requirements of the Urban Wastewater and the Water Framework Directives.
