Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies is the biggest player in the design-build market with revenues of €1.6 billion. But it is not a behemoth. Each of its 58 subsidiaries competes in the market with the agility of a small company. This is one of the paradoxes that makes VWST such a strong performer in its core areas.
