* Singapore’s SembCorp Utilities is on course to score its first success in the Gulf IWPP market.
It has been ranked first of two shortlisted bidders for the brownfield Fujairah IWPP by ADWEA. A final decision on the bid outcome for the 662MW and 100MIGD facility is expected later in the first quarter. SembCorp submitted the best offer for the project in November.
* Its negotiations with ADWEA might prevent SembCorp from devoting its full attention to Oman ...
