The Spanish construction group is hoping the acquisition can open up international markets.
Spanish construction and services group Acciona is to buy Thames Water’s Spanish desalination and water management subsidiary Pridesa for €150 million after a 12-month period of on-off negotiation. The deal will be finalised in May following almost certain approval by Spanish competition regulators.
