Hyflux has concluded an imaginative deal to finance its Chinese projects.
Despite its travails in Dubai, Hyflux has not missed a beat in its pursuit of deals in Asia. At the end of March, it announced two significant deals in China and was reported to be negotiating with Narendra Modi, chief minister of Gujarat in India, to discuss the possibility of constructing desalination plants in the state.
