Suez squeezed out of Fujairah

In a rebid for the Fujairah IWPP, the two teams dropped their offers by a total of $1 1 million. ADWEA will do better in the long run, however.
SembCorp Utilities has emerged as the frontrunner for the Fujairah IWPP following a rebid earlier this month. SembCorp and the other shortlisted bidder Suez Energy International were asked to submit their revised proposals for the project by the Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA).
