Wastewater win for Veolia in Germany

A town without an outsized wastewater treatment plant has signed a deal with Veolia to optimise the situation.

OEWA Wasser und Abwasser, a division of Veolia Water, has added another small piece of business to its portfolio of contracts in Germany. Its Stadtwerke Görlitz subsidiary (which provides water and energy services for Görlitz) has won a 10-year contract for technical and commercial operational management for the wastewater association Zweckverband Rothenburg/Oberlausitz.
