With former Zenon chief operating officer John Coburn behind it, Water Capital is pursuing a roll-up strategy in the water sector.
Zenon veteran John Coburn is backing a Capital Pool Company (CPC) listed on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange with a view to acting as a consolidator in the water equipment supply sector. CPCs are shell companies which raise capital from investors and put together a management team with a view to making acquisitions.
