The Austrian water technology company has spent an unhealthy amount of time up for sale. Fortunately, it has not been wasted.
When Siemens took over VA Technologies last year, it was assumed in the industry that Wabag, the water technology arm of the Austrian business, would be rolled into US Filter – the US water technology company Siemens had bought the previous year. It never happened.
