Qataris pick Keppel for Doha

Singapore’s Keppel Seghers has beaten off international competition to win the $1 billion contract to construct the Gulf\'s largest wastewater treatment, water reuse and sludge treatment project.

Ashghal, Qatar’s Public Works Authority, has awarded the contract to design, build and operate the Doha North wastewater plant to Singaporean environmental engineering specialist Keppel Seghers.
