Just as Thames Water’s relations with Ofwat seemed to be improving, a new set of fines has resulted in a fresh stand-off.
Thames Water is set to antagonize industry regulator Ofwat further by challenging a proposed £12.5 million fine, which is being imposed for failing to meet prescribed standards of customer service during 2005-2006.
