United Utilities and Dubai real estate giant Emaar have formed a JV to manage utility services for Emaar properties in Dubai.
United Utilities and Dubai-based property giant Emaar have formed a new joint venture, Emaar Utilities, which will be responsible for utilities management on all Emaar projects in Dubai. The signing took place in Dubai on 11 December, with Emaar Properties UAE Managing Director Ahmad Al Matrooshi, and UU’s Leslie Bell inking the key JV documents.
