A new BOO contract for the supply of treated wastewater to Australian industry is one step closer to reality. It will help meet the new government’s recycled water target.
Sydney Water announced on 27 November that a consortium of AquaNet Sydney Pty Ltd. and Veolia Water Australia has been appointed as preferred tenderer for the A$100 million Rosehill/Camellia recycled water scheme, which will provide recycled water to industrial customers as a substitute for potable water.
