This month’s chart, taken from Desalination Markets 2007, shows the relative operating costs of the three major desalination processes.
It is topical because of the upcoming Ras Azzour IWPP in Saudi Arabia. The figures used in the chart here are based on gas feedstock priced in the region of $8.28/million BTU.
