* Mott MacDonald has strengthened its international development activities by acquiring Arcadis’ Dutch subsidiary Arcadis Euroconsult (AEC).
AEC works primarily in developing countries, offering expertise in irrigation, drainage and environmental management, and generated gross revenues of €33 million in 2006. The acquisition is expected to be closed at the end of this month.
