From Alpha to Omega: financing closed for NI’s wastewater PPP

The second part of the Ulster PPP package has finally limped through to financial close – albeit with fewer lenders than originally envisaged.

After a series of delays, the financing for Northern Ireland’s Omega Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project has now reached completion. The scheme is sponsored by the Glen Water consortium of Thames Water, Laing O’Rourke, Dawson WAM, BSG Civil Engineering, Williams Industrial Services, and Hyder Consulting.
