The Delfluent consortium has completed the greenfield WWTP at Harnaschpolder five months ahead of schedule. The introduction of reuse could be the next step.
The most noticeable thing about the new wastewater treatment plant at Harnaschpolder is that it is an uncannily quiet place. The vast treatment tanks go about their business unobtrusively, much as the French and Dutch construction teams have been doing for the past four years or so.
