The EBRD is looking to build on the success of the 2005 Bydgoszcz bond by supporting a new €260 million issue for the city of Zagreb in Croatia.
Deutsche Bank is believed to be in the preliminary stages of structuring a €260 million equivalent bond issue which will be issued later this year on behalf of the Zagreb Holding Company (Gradsko Komunalno Gospodarstvo).
