This pie chart comes from a slide put on the screen by Nalco chairman William Joyce at the Water Executive Forum in Philadelphia last month.
It is interesting, but slightly self-serving: the definition of ‘services’ seems to be just the kind of services that Nalco provides on the back of its chemical sales, but not the kind of services that companies like Veolia might provide.
