An international consortium including Spain’s FCC-Aqualia has won a $240 million project to build and operate an aqueduct and water treatment plant in the central Mexican state of Querétaro. The deal, one of Mexico’s biggest ever water concessions, expands the Spanish group’s presence in Mexico.
