After four years of losses, the company successfully returned to profit in 2006. Siemens is still keen to divest the asset.
Austria-based water technology firm Wabag, part of the Siemens Group since 2005, is getting back into shape. The company reports that “after a turbulent period, it has successfully repositioned and been able to secure a solid footing in selected regions”.
