Metito restructures to boost growth

The Gulf-based player has followed the example of a number of other water technology companies by splitting out its project development business.

Metito’s ongoing corporate restructuring will see the Emirates-based water treatment specialist adopt a holding company structure, splitting its EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and O&M (operating and maintenance) business from its project development arm. Two new subsidiaries will be created, each 100% owned by Metito Holdings Ltd.
