Thai Tap Water buys PTW ahead of IPO

Thai Tap Water’s acquisition of Pathum Thani Water will pave the way for a share listing later this year.

Thai Tap Water has expanded its water business, acquiring 98% of Pathun Thani Water Co., Ltd. in a deal worth just over four billion baht ($123 million). The majority of PTW’s shareholders signed a sale agreement on 25 June, netting them THB340 ($10.46) per share.
