NWRB steps in to end Cebu deadlock

The Philippines National Water Resources Board is to rule on a reimbursement of project development costs after the July 15 deadline passed without agreement.
A resolution to the impasse which has stalled the development of Metropolitan Cebu’s Carmen Water Transfer Project is now in sight, following an agreement by the Metropolitan Cebu Water District and developer Central Equity Ventures to allow the National Water Resource Board (NWRB) to decide a settlement relating to the reimbursement of project development costs.
