The sale of state-owned Portuguese water holding Aquapor is set to move ahead later this month. Evaluating the company could prove complicated.
The information memorandum detailing the privatisation of Portuguese state-owned water company Aquapor-Serviços S.A. is due to be sent to interested parties later this month, according to an official at financial consultant Caixa-BI.
The info memo was originally due to have been despatched in November, but is still subject to ministerial approval, the source told us.
