Bid deadlines have been set for the first stages of the massive power and water development at Hassyan in Dubai. Interest has been lukewarm.
Dubai Electricity & Water Authority has launched the request for proposals for phases 1 and 2 of its P Station, on an EPC basis. DEWA will release an addendum shortly, outlining technical requirements.
